Terms and Conditions
These terms describe the managed website service. The offer and project details confirmed with you in writing form part of the agreement.

2. Starting the project
The initial preview is free and creates no payment obligation. The subscription begins only after you approve the website direction and project terms in writing.
3. Standard service
The published English plan is $59 USD per month with no minimum term, or $590 USD per year paid upfront in full. No VAT is added. You can cancel anytime, without a cancellation fee, effective at the end of the paid period. The services below are included with either billing option.
The price covers the services needed to build and manage your website:
- website creation and setup, with design and copy adapted to your business;
- one professional business page with up to 8 sections;
- a layout adapted for phones, tablets and computers;
- direct WhatsApp, phone and email buttons;
- a contact form, if needed;
- website hosting and an SSL certificate;
- the initial domain purchase, up to $20 USD;
- maintenance and periodic checks;
- technical optimizations;
- up to 10 minor change requests per month;
- support for updating your website information.
On request, I provide print-ready QR codes at no extra cost for your premises, menus, business cards or other promotional materials. They can direct customers to your website, Google Reviews page, WhatsApp or another relevant page.
On request and at no extra cost, I also help optimize your Google Business profile so your business information is accurate, complete and professionally presented.
I cover the initial purchase of one domain up to $20 USD. If it costs more, you pay the difference. You pay subsequent renewals in full. The domain is registered in your name, and connecting it is included.
External licenses are paid separately. The written offer takes priority if your project has different requirements or the public price changes.
4. Support and included updates
Each month includes up to 10 minor change requests.
For example:
- changing or correcting text;
- updating opening hours;
- changing a price;
- replacing an image;
- updating a phone number;
- updating an email address;
- updating a service;
- changing a button or link;
- similar updates to existing information.
Unused changes do not roll over to later months. The allowance applies each month, including on annual billing.
New pages, redesigns and additional functionality are not minor changes. Change requests beyond the monthly allowance and work outside the included services are charged separately according to complexity. I provide the cost in advance and begin additional work only after your confirmation.
I reply within 24 hours. Included changes go live within 2 business days after receiving complete materials, one at a time.
5. Work outside the plan
Additional pages, major redesigns, custom functionality, ecommerce, databases and complex integrations are not automatically included. Change requests beyond the monthly allowance and work outside the included services are charged separately according to complexity. I provide the cost in advance and begin additional work only after your confirmation.
6. Client content
The client provides accurate information and materials they have the right to use. The client remains the owner of their domain and supplied content, including text, images and brand identity.
7. Managed website
Hosting, implementation, design components and website code form part of the managed service and do not automatically transfer when the subscription ends. A transfer or buyout may be agreed separately in writing.
8. Third-party services
The website may depend on third parties for hosting, domains, Stripe, email, analytics or integrations. I cannot guarantee permanent availability of those services, but I will take reasonable steps to maintain continuity and resolve problems.
9. Results
The service is intended to improve how clearly and professionally the business is presented, but it does not guarantee traffic, Google rankings, enquiries or revenue. Results also depend on the offer, reputation, market and promotion.
10. Payment and termination
Payment is managed through Stripe. Non-payment may lead to suspension after notice. The complete cancellation terms are set out in the Cancellation Policy.
11. Liability and applicable law
Each party remains responsible for its own obligations and direct loss caused by breaching the agreement, within the limits allowed by law. Any dispute will first be addressed through direct discussion and then under applicable law.
