Cancellation Policy

Choose monthly billing at $59 USD with no minimum term, or annual billing at $590 USD paid upfront for 12 months. The subscription renews at the chosen interval until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, including in the first month, without a cancellation fee. Service continues until the paid period ends.

You can cancel anytime through the Stripe portal or by emailing hello@denis.ltd before the next renewal. Your subscription will not renew, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Your website stays online until then.

Payment for the current month or year is not refunded on a pro-rata basis unless applicable law requires otherwise. The website remains active until the end of the paid period, provided there are no overdue invoices.

A domain registered in your name and content you supplied remain yours. On request, I can provide a reasonable copy of the content you supplied.

At the end of the paid period, the managed website goes offline. Hosting, implementation, design and code do not transfer automatically. If you want to take over the website, a separate transfer or buyout can be agreed in writing.

If an invoice remains unpaid, I will try to notify you and may temporarily suspend the website. Service may be restored once payment is confirmed, provided the subscription remains active.
